Branham has been around the real estate industry his entire life. From sitting in on closings to tagging along on commercial warehouse showings, Branham has been engulfed in the industry. Out of high school, Branham attended Greenville Technical College where he pursued his passion for motorsports. After completing the program, he decided that real estate was an industry he would like to pursue. Branham attended Wyatt Institute of Real Estate and shortly after, came to work at Silver Star Real Estate. In his spare time, he enjoys ranching, welding, studying history, running, and weight lifting.
Branham brings the perspective of the younger generation into the business with lots of experience with new technology. Along with real estate, Branham owns and manages a painting business known as Phillips Property Painting. He is working on his 11th year of business! After working for ATT for 37 years and then18 years as a Construction worker she was faced with a decision on what to do. Torn between real estate and being a travel associate she decided on doing both! They say if you have a job you love, you never work a day in your life...and what could be better than houses AND travel ? Cathy designed and built five homes for herself and her family and this experience has given her the ability to make knowledgeable suggestions to the buyer who has found a home that they love everything about -- except that one thing. She brings her design skills to the table offering ideas and solutions. When not finding homes and vacation spots for others, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and....you guessed it - Traveling!! TONY FRAZIER Residential & Commercial Specialist
Tony grew up in 2 different worlds.
He went to school in Baltimore Maryland in the big city and spent every summer on his Grandparents cattle farm in Anderson where he learned about farming, caring for cattle, and building houses.. At the age of 17 Tony entered the U.S. Army and spent the next 14 years traveling the globe while serving his country as a Combat Medic. After leaving the military, he entered the private sector working as a Bail Bonds Enforcement Agent, a Skip Tracer, a Repossession Agent, a Private Investigator, a Collections Team Manager, a Credit Team Manager, and running a car hauling business. Tony is a Christian with hobbies that have included competitive shooting, restoring classic cars, and raising both Quarter Horses and Large Breed Dogs. Tony believes in treating every client and potential client as if they were close friends or family who need help with buying or selling a property or a home. Tony knows this area quite well and is familiar with what is going on in the local market. RACHEL FRAZIER Residential Specialist
Rachel Frazier grew up in Dallas, TX. After high school she spent five years in the Army as a combat medic. During her time in the military, she met her husband who she has been married to for the past thirty years.
After her time was up with the military, she and her family moved back to Texas where she attended nursing school and started the next twenty-three years of her nursing career as a Neonatal ICU nurse. She received her Associates degree in Nursing from El Centro at Brookhaven College in Dallas, TX and her Bachelor of Nursing degree from University of Texas at Arlington. She has three children and two grandchildren. After the death of her mother, in 2006 she and her family moved to South Carolina to be closer to her husband’s family in Anderson. Her husband, Tony, has been a real estate agent with Silver Star Real Estate for the past three years. Last year, Rachel decided to get her real estate license and join her husband and help serve the clients and customers of the Upstate. She is a hard worker who is dedicated to helping her clients and customers find the home of their dreams. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys caring for her pets which include exotic reptiles, cats, and a dog. |
STEVE WEYMOUTH Residential Specialist
Currently, Steve holds an Associate of Arts degree from the College of Dupage in Illinois, a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Education degree from Southeastern College in Florida, and a Master of Arts in Education Degree from Oral Roberts University.
After preparing for a career in Christian Education, he served as CE Director, Youth Pastor, Principal and teacher with three different churches and church schools. Also, he is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Steve and his wife decided to relocate to South Carolina, where her parents lived. Their four grown sons followed them and moved to this area as well. Steve accepted a position with the Anderson School District and taught Middle School for 15 years. About 8 years ago, he decided to dapple in real estate. He became a licensed South Carolina Real Estate Agent. Recently Steve has retired from educational endeavors, and intensified his focus on real estate. |

Teresa joined the Army just two weeks out of high school and considers that the best decision she ever made. The Army taught her many of life’s lessons and helped form her in to the woman she is today. Spending 23 years traveling with the Army also taught her the value of having a family and a home of her own! That is what led her to becoming a Realtor. Since her retirement from the Army, she has expanded on her true appreciation of having a home and became a Realtor. PAUL McGAHA Residential Specialist
Born and raised in Anderson County Paul has spent 30+ years helping others. Paul served on the Honea Path Rescue Squad in the early 90s and then became active in the Fire Service. Currently Paul is the Assistant Chief of the Honea Path Fire Department. Paul went to work for the City of Anderson Fire Department in 1997 and retired after 25 years of dedicated service in 2022. Paul is currently a certified Fire Marshal and attends Quarterly training in Fire Codes and Standards. With knowledge in building construction, fire and life safety, clients will receive assurance that Paul has their best interests in mind. Paul is married to his wife Melissa since 1995 and has a daughter Lauran. As a family their interest is camping, fishing and spending time together. |
